 The 2025 season cost is $900. This includes:

• Tournament entry fees
• Uniform package (jersey, shorts, practice gear)
• Field rental fees
• Coaching and program operations
  Payment plans, fundraising opportunities, and our “work-off program” are available.

 Our competitive season runs January through June, with optional summer events.

Families are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and meals for travel tournaments.
Expected travel events include:

• Los Angeles (overnight) 
• Phoenix, Arizona (overnight) 
• Additional Northern California tournament

We practice twice per week. All practices will be held at Liberty High School unless otherwise announced. 

Practices will begin shortly after teams are finalized—January. 

 Yes. We support multi-sport athletes.

• Players are expected to communicate conflicts early. 
• Missing practices may affect playing time only when it impacts safety, game-readiness, or team installations, not as punishment.

Teams are based on age groups: 10U, 12U, 14U, and 17U.
Players may request to play with a friend, but final assignments are based on age, skill, and team needs for safety and competitive balance 

 Players will receive team-issued uniforms as part of their season cost.
Players must provide their own:

• Cleats 
• Mouth guard 
• Water bottle 
• Optional gloves or additional gear

Our goals are:

• Build athletes who excel on and off the field
• Teach discipline, leadership, teamwork, and confidence 
• Develop players’ football IQ and fundamentals 
• Prepare athletes for high-level competition and long-term success
  We coach with positivity, accountability, and effort while keeping the game fun and competitive.

Travel Team:

• Higher competitive level
• Plays in more tournaments, including travel events 
• Requires stronger commitment to practices and availability

Developmental Team:

• Ideal for newer players
• Focus on fundamentals and growth
• Plays fewer tournaments and mostly local events

  We compete against top club flag football programs from:

• Northern California
• Southern California
• Arizona
• Occasionally Nevada and Oregon depending on tournament selection

 We use multiple communication tools including:

• Team communication app (Sportsyou) 
• Email & text for reminders
• Weekly updates from coaches

 Playing time is based on:

• Effort, attitude, and attendance
• Understanding assignments
• Safety and readiness
• Team needs and game situations
  Positions are determined by coaches through evaluation, strengths, and where the athlete can contribute most.

No. We want everyone to work hard and earn what they get. All of our coaches want to play everyone and give them a chance but we also want the athletes to work for it.
